Characteristic: Pyridoxamine DiHCl forms White to slightly yellow crystals or crystalline powder. Gradually darkens on exposure to air or sunlight. One g dissolves in about 1 mL of water and in about 60 mL of alcohol. Insoluble in chloroform and in ether. Its solutions are acid.
