Description Colorless transparent crystals or white crystalline powder with salt and cool taste and has light efflorescence in hot air. Losting 3 molecule water at 100 and becoming anhydrous salt at 215, soluble in water, practically insoluble in ethanol and its aqueous solution appears alkalescence to litmus, PH value 7 to 8, relative density (d204) 1.790, melting point 70 to 80.
Application Used as masking agent and complexing agent in analysis, for formulating Fehling's solution and determining uric acid and seroglycoid, its monocrystals can be used as piezoelectric cell.Packaging In 25Kg P/E bags covered with woven bags.
